Our programme aims to improve self-discipline, self-confidence, mental alertness, and goal setting skills. We have several different tools available and reward systems in place to assist with this process.
This is a 12 month programme that teaches students the basic martial arts and self defence techniques including blocks, punches, kicks, and stances.
The programme develops black belts from the inside, out.
In the Basic Excel Programme, students quickly feel the physical benefits of the martial arts training by becoming fitter, healthier and happier. As well as developing your child's fitness, we also give them an "I CAN" attitude.
Along the journey to Black Belt they will learn the important life skills giving them the confidence to excel in other areas of life and to overcome challenges in the future, such as passing their school exams and even getting a job. We do our best to ensure that all students excel in school as well as their martial arts training by regularly monitoring their progress with their teachers.
Our highly trained instructors will teach your child practical self-defence. We believe strongly in helping your child become confident and capable young adults who understand right from wrong. Children who learn to defend themselves usually will never have to.
